Prima di partecipare al corso, i partecipanti dovrebbero avere:

• Familiarità con l’hardware e i devices del PC. Per esempio guardare nel device manager e cercare i devices non supportati.
• Conoscenze di base del TCP/IP. Per esempio come ottenere un indirizzo IP valido.
• Conoscenza di base di Windows e Active Directory . Per esempio: domain user accounts, domain vs. local user accounts, user profiles e group membership.
• Esperienza con mapping network file shares. Per esempio familiarità con UNC paths, mapping local resources to server/share.
• Esperienza con i comandi dalla command window. Per esempio DOS command prompt.
• Esperienza con la revisione della configurazione BIOS.
